This notice explains how Windstorm AI handles information on our website and early-access waitlist. Our home surveillance and monitoring products are local-first: video and events stay on your devices by default; cloud features are optional and user-controlled.

• Basic site logs: standard, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, device/browser type).
• Messages you send us: if you contact us or submit forms.

We don’t sell personal data. We collect only what we need to run the waitlist and improve the site.

How we use it

• To notify you about early access, product updates, and onboarding.
• To understand interest and improve our offering.
• To respond when you reach out.

Where it lives

Waitlist responses are stored in reputable cloud services we use to run the form (for example, a forms provider and its linked spreadsheet). Access is limited to our team.

Retention

We keep waitlist entries until early access concludes or until you ask us to remove them. You can opt out anytime.

Your choices

• Update or delete: ask us to edit or remove your waitlist entry.
• Opt out: unsubscribe from early-access emails at any time.
• Local by default: product video/events remain on your devices unless you turn on cloud features.

Safeguards

We use modern protections appropriate to each system, such as encrypted connections and access controls. In products, video and events are processed locally by default; cloud features are optional and user-controlled.

Changes

We may update this notice as we launch new features. We’ll post the new date at the top.
